installation
| 1. Isolate the radiator by turning off the inlet and outlet valves at the base of the radiator. | ![]() |
| 2. Remove the radiator vent/bleed pin. | ![]() |
| 3. Now screw the connector into the position where the vent pin was removed. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN. | ![]() |
| 4. Now screw the body of the valve onto the connector. Ensure the body of the valve is vertical when tight, vary the number of washers to suit. | ![]() |
| 5. When the valve is in the correct position, slowly open the inlet and outlet valve to the radiator. Check that all the seals are watertight. | ![]() |
You can expect many years of trouble-free service once properly installed.
